DESCRIPTION:Lunch Hour Yin Yoga\nOur staff will be taking a mid-week stretch to regroup and centre! On Wednesday’s from 12:00-12:30pm, we will be joining together in our Studio for a gentle Yin yoga/meditation practice. During this time, the Clinic will be closed and phones will not be answered.\nOur 30-minute class is sometimes lead by a yoga instructor, other times we watch a guided video or Dr. Katherine Willow, N.D. leads the session. It is always gentle, welcoming, and open for your own modifications for what feels right to you!\nWe would love to extend an invite to the community to join in on this weekly practice! A drop-in donation of $5-$10 is accepted. Please call us at 613-839-1198 for more information, or come to our Studio at 2386 Thomas A. Dolan Pkwy for a 12:00 start!\n
