DESCRIPTION:(Formerly Naturopathic Healing Group)\nThe Mind-Body Medicine group is open to everyone who would like guidance and support on their healing path.  We follow the principles of German New Medicine which explain how our shocks and traumas are related to our physical and mental/emotional conditions.\nIn group, we go over fundamental healing theories and facilitate various mind-body techniques to resolve past shocks and traumas gently and safely.  Participants will have the opportunity to share in breakout rooms and leave with suggestions for home practice.  Handouts will be sent on registration.\nWe offer group twice a month:\n\n2nd Wednesday from 1pm to 2:30pm EST \n4th Wednesday from 7pm to 8:30pm EST\n\nParticipants can join online via zoom.  Sessions will be recorded and sent to each participant.\nRegular Cost: $50/session or six sessions for $250\nOption for Sliding scale pricing – choose what you are comfortable with!\nLooking forward to seeing you!\nDr. Katherine Willow N.D.\n
