Company Wellbeing Retreats

When work is stressful and nerves are frayed, bring your staff for a company retreat to restore connections and find creative solutions.

Our sunny workshop room is equipped with projector, speakers fold-away tables and chairs, and can be rented by the day or week. Your program or ours.

Our facilities are ideal for company retreats up to 20 or 30 people. Retreats can be self-guided or we can set up a program for you and your colleagues. You can bring your own food, have your event catered or speak to us about providing meals and snacks.

Workshop / Meeting Room

The Carp Ridge EcoWellness Centre is the perfect venue for a variety of workshops, conferences, retreats, discussion groups, creative activities, child, youth and adult programs, drumming, meditation and yoga classes, etc.

Located 20 minutes. from Kanata and 30 minutes. from downtown Ottawa, the workshop room provides a tranquil country setting close to the metropolitan area. The centre is a large, one-room cedar-clad building surrounded by woodlands and walking trails.

• Comfortably accommodates 30 people in rows or 20 at tables or 15 for a spacious yoga or movement class.
