Are you ready to live fully and vibrantly? Do you want to wake up feeling grounded, centered and inspired? Are you looking to be present with yourself, your loved ones and your daily activities?
If you answered yes, then please join us for this 3-class mindfulness series that may lead to all of these gifts and more! Together, over Zoom, we will explore our BREATH, BODY and our SOUL.
From beginner to experienced, all are welcomed. This interactive event includes 20 minutes of meditation, mindful activities (such as gentle yoga) and conscious connection in each class. Our intention is to come together as a group in a supportive, kind space, elevating the experience for all!

Entire classes will not be recorded, however, the meditation portion of each class will be recorded and sent to you within 24 hours if you miss a class for whatever reason.
