What would happen if we lived from a place of openness?
Explore inner listening and curiosity while practicing gentle yoga, mindfulness meditation and mindful activities such as walking and eating. After lunch, there will be an hour of personal time to continue your practice, journal and walk the trails. At 2pm, we will come together for a conscious check-in to reflect, share and integrate our day.
Bring your own lunch, pen and journal. Limited to 15 participants. In case of a lockdown, this retreat will move online.
