A time of radiant light, new beginnings, and deep transformation, the solstice invites us to realign with who we truly are and step forward with intention and clarity.
This immersive, heart-centered retreat is for women who are feeling lost, overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain about the future, or disconnected from their true essence. Together, we will create a nurturing space for you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, body, and soul’s intention —illuminated by the energy of the solstice.

What to bring with you:
Yoga mat, journal + pen, a cozy sweater or blanket + cozy socks for when indoors, appropriate clothing and footwear for outdoors (even in the event of rain), a favourite mug, water bottle, a light lunch/snacks if desired, and an open heart.
Wear comfy clothing that you can move or stretch in. Tea and light snacks will be provided.
