Naturopathic medicine offers you the option of treating and preventing disease according to your unique constitution and life circumstances with therapies that support your body’s inherent ability to heal.
The practitioners at Carp Ridge EcoWellness Centre are dedicated to finding solutions to your health issues and working collaboratively with your current health practitioners.
If for some reason you are not an appropriate fit for us, we will do our best to refer you to a practitioner who is!
One morning a month (3rd Tues) from 10:00 am – 11:30 am at the Carp Ridge EcoWellness Centre.
You will have the opportunity to:
– ask individual questions about your health or for a family member
– receive information about supplements, herbs and remedies (with muscle testing)
– get suggestions and appropriate referrals to other practitioners as needed
– experience short meditations, visualizations and other simple healing techniques
– enjoy tea made from herbs picked at the centre
– meet like-minded people for support.
Facilitator: Dr. Katherine Willow N.D., fourth generation naturopathic doctor with over 30 years of experience and special interest in the role of emotions in disease and healing.

Dr. Katherine Willow has been practicing since 1983 as a fourth-generation naturopathic doctor via her family in Europe. Her specialty is the integration of German New Medicine (GNM) into her practice. In this new paradigm one can connect biological shocks with conditions and determine whether a person’s symptoms are in the stress or healing phase of the shock.
Another favourite of Dr. Willow’s is old-style naturopathic medicine, which approaches disease with the simplicity of nature cure therapies: sun, air, water, earth and plants. There’s nothing more satisfying than seeing complicated cases resolve as a person’s body and mind receive what they need to heal.
