Yoga and Singing Bowl Meditation

The deeply healing sound of Crystal singing bowls have a profoundly rejuvenating effect on the human body.  Crystal bowls are attuned to the seven energetic centres in the body and stimulate energy alignment, flow and healing.  High vibratory sound releases long held tension and stress from the body, opening us to new pathways of rejuvenation, relaxation and healing.

Come immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls.  We will begin with pranayam (breath work), practice a short, simple yoga set, and then relax into a sound bath experience with seven crystal singing bowls.

Please bring a yoga mat, blankets and a pillow.  Participants are invited to sit or lie down during the meditation.
No yoga experience necessary
Tea and treats will be served after.
