Walk through rocky landscapes, woodlands and wetlands while still staying in the retreat. You might even see beavers! Check out the trails here. As you walk, please be mindful of the environment around you. In order to conserve this special place, please take your garbage home with you, and stick to the trails – especially in marked areas and wetlands.
What you need:
Walk through the forest and learn to identify different types of plants, minerals, bugs and animals
What you need:
Lay your yoga mat on the grass, or simply do your yoga on the grass. Any comfortable, stretchy clothing will do. Gentle yoga in sunlight is an immediate antidote to life’s busyness.
Sit over looking a flower bed or the pond for an open-eyed meditation on beauty. Sit on a tree stump in the forest to absorb the grounded, peaceful energies there.
