Yoga Nidra

A guided, deep relaxation method, in which we hold consciousness awareness within a sleep-like state. It can be a profoundly regenerating and purifying experience for the body, mind and spirit, particularly when practiced regularly. Relax with ease comfortably, listen to the guidance, release stored tension and deepen into ease. It is said that one hour of yoga nidra practice, can equal a full night’s sleep.

SoundNidra

Following the methodology of yoga nidra (a well-established method of conscious relaxation), sound nidra offers deep rest and rejuvenation through the use of highly vibratory sound healing instruments, sacred chants, toning and creative imagery. Rest deeply and potentially slip into consciousness dream states, while immersing yourself in the healing vibration that intentional sound offers. Listen, relax, and float on the waves of sound.

JoyfulMotion – A Conscious Movement Practice

Carefully crafted music journeys are our inspiration to move freely, sweat soulfully, float, spin, whirl, wander and get grounded. Intent, like-minded movers, and the music, serve as our container for self-expression and exploration, allowing sensory space and a great soundscape to track discoveries, and release what doesn’t serve. Relaxed facilitation supports the experience. Sometimes you just gotta dance freely and let go!

SomaFlow

Awaken fluid potential within your muscles, tendons, fascia, bones and breath. This is a gentle somatic movement practice, inspired by Continuum pioneered by Emilie Conrad. Use sound, breath, restorative motion and intention as an entry way into your own personal expression of fluidity. Explore unfurling, undulating, spiralling, suspending, lateralizing, lengthening, listening, resting and more. This can be a deeply regenerating experience. If you feel the call to slooowww dowwwn … this practice may be for you.

WellBody Moves

Come as you are, and make friends with your body. Change restricted movement patterns into expanded possibilities. Discover natural breath, move slowly and appreciate what works for you. The class generally begins with a variety of gentle warm-ups utilizing props and balls that free the fascia for further release and continues with movements focusing on an embodied anatomy theme, bringing awareness to physical alignment principles, energetic openings and metaphysical relationships. We close the class with a simple integration process, deepening into ease, laughter, and relaxation.
