Volunteer Opportunities on the Ridge
People often ask how they can be part of the activities at CREWC, so we have put together a list of volunteer positions as possibilities for being included in the extended community that surrounds the centre. - Organic garden
- Forest preschool
- Trail-making & maintenance
- Open House tours
- Annual Open House (May 1, 2010)
- Flower gardens
- Retreats
- Cooking
- Healing House
- Booths at Fairs/Conventions
- Talks, giving or assisting
- Other (your ideas are welcome!)
So that you are aware, a police check is required as part of the employment policy at CREWC (common for most charitable organizations). This is easily done at your local police station and is free for volunteer purposes.
