An opportunity to take a morning to nurture yourself, revisit your priorities, do some healing practices and leave with some new friends, strategies and tools to continue the healing process at home.
May include: yoga, meditation, tapping/EFT, art, dance, discussions, naturopathic tips, German New Medicine principles, snacks and wild tea.
