Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is administered by “laying on hands” or “hovering hands close to the body” to encourage “life force energy” to flow through the clients body and energetic fields.

Keeping our energy or vibration high is very important for overall health and well being.

If one’s “life force energy” is low, we are more likely to encounter sickness or feel stress. If our “life force energy” is strong, we feel healthy and connected with our true spirit, and more capable in all our life experiences.

Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.” Treatments use intention and intuition, but ultimately the energy knows where a client most needs it offered.

During a Reiki treatment, one may feel as though warm radiant energy is flowing through and around you.

Reiki works with a client at all levels, including the body, mind, emotions, and spirit, with clients often experiencing deep forms of relaxation, peace, security and well being during and after a treatment.

Reiki is a natural and safe treatment. Its energy works for the highest and best good of the person receiving treatment while offering healing and self-improvement potential to all area of life.
