Our sessions are for us to co-create! It may look something like this: getting to know you and what you would like to explore. With this in mind, guiding you through 20 minutes of meditation followed by reflection and a conscious conversation about what you have experienced. We will also create a personalized practice for you to take home.

Food is a central part of life and oftentimes we can feel rushed, distracted or even anxious when we eat. Studies have shown the many benefits of mindful eating such as:
– increased awareness of hunger and fullness
– weight loss
– stress reduction
– better digestion
– reduced overeating and binge eating
– increased satisfaction with food
– healthier food choices
Our sessions are for us to co-create and may look something like this: exploring the foods you enjoy eating, your relationship and history to food and what mindful eating looks and feels like for you. With gentle guidance, you will be invited to sample a few pieces of food with your full attention, awakening your senses of taste, touch, smell, hearing, seeing and thinking. We will have a conscious conversation about your experience and create a personalized practice for you to take home.
