We offer group twice a month:

• 2nd Wednesday from 2pm to 3:30pm
• 4th Wednesday from 7pm to 8:30pm EST

This format allows new patients to start on their healing path and current patients are better supported.

Participants can join in-person and online via zoom- please notify us if you will be joining in-person.

Regular Cost: $50

Option for Sliding scale pricing – choose what you are comfortable with!

In group, we go over fundamental healing theories and facilitate various mind-body techniques to resolve past shocks and traumas gently and safely.  Participants will have the opportunity to share in breakout rooms and leave with suggestions for home practice.
