An Online Circle of Trust Retreat on Self-Connection
Join us for four consecutive Saturdays starting May 23 ending June 13 (The ticket cost is for all 4 sessions):
May 23 from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
May 30, June 6 & June 13 from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
In the rush of everyday life, a pause becomes a rare gift—a sanctuary where you can return to yourself. This retreat on self-connection is an opportunity to step away from the demands of the world and step toward yourself with intention, curiosity, and compassion.
Co-facilitated by Mike Saver (he, him) a novelist, educator, and cancer survivor, who has been leading Courage to Teach & Lead/Circle of Trust retreats since 2001, and Nicole Charron (she, her), a long time public servant who is completing the Facilitator Preparation Program from the Center for Courage & Renewal.
Questions to the facilitators can be sent to info-praesentia@protonmail.com
“Before I can tell my life what I want to do with it, I must listen to my life telling me who I am.” Parker J. Palmer, “Let Your Life Speak”
This Circle of Trust retreat will invite you into a space where you can pause the noise, reconnect with your own rhythm, and remember what it feels like to be fully present. Together, we will explore self-connection to support more centeredness and to create room for new insights about who you are and what wants to grow in you now. If you are interested about health, scientific studies support the idea that self-connection is an important potential contributor to a person’s well-being.
Anchored by the work of the Center for Courage & Renewal and its Circles of Trust, this retreat will involve shared silence, individual and group reflection along with poetry and teaching stories. It will give you space to explore the in-between where new possibilities can begin to emerge. Whether you are familiar with or are new to Circles of Trust, you are welcome exactly as you are. Bring your uncertainties and your hope. Together we will learn what clarity can grow when we dare to live self-reflective questions—intentionally and invitationally.
If you are interested in exploring the different aspects of self-connection, consider participating in this online retreat on Saturdays from May 23 to June 13.
