Mini Healing Retreat- Mental Health & GNM Constellations

This months mini-retreat at Carp Ridge EcoWellness Centre will focus on how mental health conditions are reframed by German New Medicine (GNM) as the result of two biological shocks.
We will go over the basic principles of GNM and then apply them to several mental conditions:
- Depression
- Mania/Megalomania
- Schizophrenia/Psychosis
- Dissociation
- ADHD
- Self-devaluation
- Dementia
- Oppositional Defiance Disorder
Realistic approaches will be discussed, including how to gracefully integrate natural solutions with mainstream medicine. Case histories will be presented.
As we all have some degree of mental/emotional imbalance, we will offer live demos of tools that everyone can use to regulate their moods and nervous systems!
