Dave Larocque

Within 9 years, Dave has undergone a remarkable transformation, emerging from the depths of severe depression and thoughts of suicide to a thriving state of vitality and well-being. Through therapy, meditation, spiritual practices, chanting, movement, breath-work, and more, Dave gained profound insights into the healing process, nurturing a deep sense of empathy and compassion.

With 6.5 years of experience in empowerment and healing, Dave has conducted over 200 highly successful energy healing sessions. They have also led meditation groups, fitness classes, and chanting circles, demonstrating their commitment to fostering well-being and self-expression.

Passionate about psychology, singing/chanting, unearthing profound truths, and savoring life’s simple joys through dance, acting, and play, Dave firmly believes that self-expression is an indispensable element of the healing journey, whether pursued for enjoyment or other meaningful purposes.

Roxanne Christian

Roxanne Christian has over a decade of experience working with physical, mental, emotional, and cognitive needs within district school boards, municipal nursing homes, psychiatric hospitals, and other populations globally. Her experiences working as music therapist for the Department of Mental Health of California, Aurora Charter Oak Hospital, The Music Therapy Centre of California, and her experiences as a business owner, gives her a very broad and inclusive perspective.

Roxanne uses unique approaches to help one actualize their goals through her propriety methods. Her approach is primarily Person Centred, combined with Cognitive Behavior therapy, Humanistic therapy, and Integrative or holistic therapy. She ultimately meets individuals where they are at.

Roxanne uses music therapy interventions, sound baths, mindfulness, and psycho- education to facilitate healing, wellness, rehabilitation, success, and creative processes.
