Our outdoor trails are part of the EcoWellness property and are primarily intended for use by clients, retreat participants, and special events. BioScan SRT (Stress Reduction Therapy) is a safe, non‑invasive biofeedback assessment that measures how your body responds to a wide range of stressors; including physical, emotional, nutritional, and environmental factors. The scan produces a personalized, report showing where stress patterns and imbalances may be present. After identifying stressors, gentle low level light stimulation is used to help support the body in rebalancing and moving toward greater overall wellness.
