Mini Healing Retreat- Ayurveda
JOIN US for a mini retreat based on Ayurveda, yoga, meditation and self nourishment.
Ayurveda is an ancient medical system from India which is relevant in our modern life. In this mini retreat with teachers Angela Perger and Katherine Willow, we will be applying Ayurveda to mental health, with a unique journaling exercise, yin yoga and meditation. You will also receive information on how to balance your genetic body type from an Ayurvedic perspective. We look forward to sharing this wisdom to help us deal with stress and stuck mental patterns!

An opportunity to take a morning to nurture yourself, revisit your priorities, do some healing practices and leave with some new friends, strategies and tools to continue the healing process at home.
May include: tapping/EFT, art, dance, discussions, naturopathic tips, German New Medicine principles, snacks and wild tea.
