As the light begins to return and the earth slowly awakens, Sacred Garden invites you into a nurturing, embodied space to pause, reflect, and realign. This 2-hour Sacred Feminine workshop is a gentle yet powerful seasonal reset—supporting you in reviewing your Q1 intentions with compassion, releasing what no longer serves, and reconnecting to your inner rhythm.
Rooted in holistic and natural healing practices, this gathering honors the body as a gateway to clarity and balance. Through sacred circle, somatic movement, drumming, guided reflection, and embodied practices, participants are supported in calming the nervous system, reconnecting with intuition, and awakening the wisdom of the Sacred Feminine within.
The evening concludes with a sacred release and return bonfire, offering a ceremonial space to shed stagnant patterns, honor the lessons of winter, and welcome the returning light—both within and around us. Fire acts as a catalyst for emotional release, energetic clearing, and renewal, grounding intentions for the coming quarter.
Facilitated by Taria, Lily, and Sam — the Triple Goddesses, this experience includes nourishing herbal teas, light organic snacks, and a reflection journal to support continued integration. Participants leave feeling grounded, empowered, and gently guided forward into Q2 with clarity, balance, and embodied intention.
