On Wednesday mornings from 8-9am, a group of us gather to explore yogic scripture applied to modern life, undertake a 20 minute sit (often guided) followed by tea and sharing our triumphs and challenges during meditation and in our lives. Sitting together for several months has created a warm bond within which we share tears and laughter on a regular basis. No registration necessary, simply show up with your meditation cushion if you have one (most people sit on chairs). By optional donation.
