Invitation for New Board Members

As most of you know, there is a charity that runs from the ecowellness centre: Carp Ridge Learning Centre (we shorten it to Learning Centre or LC).  Its mandate is to offer programs about healing and sustainability for the local community.

On Wednesday, September 25 at 6pm, the Learning Centre will host its Annual General Meeting and invite interested parties to attend to see if they might be interested in becoming a board member or volunteer.  Meetings are held monthly on the last Wednesday and there is an orientation session for newcomers for learning all the aspects of being part of a charity board.  It is an exciting process to be part of growing a charity towards serving its community!
