A guided meditation journey to tune into the Autumn energies. Find spiritual self-discovery intricately connected to the wisdom of nature. Following ‘Earthwyse Journey’ teachings we follow the cycles, seasons and energies to honour and celebrate our connection to the web of life. We’ll learn about how to bring balance into the season and share the importance of seasonal eating that supports health in preparation for winter. Also drumming and sacred dance to the Four Directions.
Cost: $20, suggested donation. Bring bag lunch, beverages, pillow to sit on, blanket, drum if you have one.
