For this gathering, we’ll ask the question, ‘What are we birthing (creating) with the Spring energies both personally and as a group’? Then a guided meditation will bring us into the spring energy and we’ll ask that the answer come from our hearts, not heads, to start.
Then we might have each person share with a partner, where we do co-listening, each taking a turn to speak. And to continue the gathering people can share in the larger group, if they are so inspired, while we have lunch.
