Start with a Check Up:
An annual check-up with a Naturopathic Doctor includes a physical exam, a review of health concerns and symptoms, a Reams Test to check metabolic rate, digestion, and strength of adrenals.
Depending on your lifestyle and overall health you may also want to consider diet review/counselling,assistence with meal planning, Electrordermal Sensitivity Testing for food and/or environmental intolerances, and/or Regutherm testing (a natural alternative for breast health screening, and/or internal organ function).
